Thank You, Wood Streets! 💛

What a night! Our 2026 National Night Out on Tuesday was a wonderful success, and we’re still smiling. Neighbors young and old filled the parking lot at Eden Lutheran Church, sharing tacos, laughter, and conversation with old friends and new ones. It was everything National Night Out is meant to be: a neighborhood coming together, looking out for one another, and having a great time doing it.

To our Wood Streets residents and businesses, thank you for showing up and bringing your families, your kids, and your neighborly spirit. You are what makes this community so special.

A heartfelt thank-you to Eden Lutheran Church for welcoming us to our new home this year. Your hospitality was a true blessing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather.

To our generous vendors and partners: thank you to our taco caterer for keeping everyone well fed, to Starbucks and Arcade for the delicious drinks, to the Nintendo Game Truck for the kids’ (and grown-ups’!) favorite stop of the night, and to everyone who donated those fabulous raffle prizes.

To the band, thank you for the wonderful live music that set such a warm, festive mood all evening.

A special thank-you to the Riverside Police Department and Riverside Fire Department for joining us, answering questions, and letting our kids climb aboard the fire trucks. We’re so grateful for all you do to keep our neighborhood safe.

And to our incredible volunteers: thank you for the setup, the craft table, the raffle, the cleanup, and the countless little things that made the night run smoothly. None of this happens without you.
